Kriti Sanon (Mimi) was born on 27 July 1990 in New Delhi (India), currently she is 32 years old in 2022. Her father, Rahul Sanon, is a chartered accountant, and her mother, Geeta Sanon, is a physics professor at the University of Delhi (India). She belongs to a Punjabi family. She went to Delhi Public School, RK Puram and later got a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.

She entered as a model in the showbiz industry for a while before becoming an actress. Her sister, Nupur Sanon, has also appeared in Hindi and Telugu films. Kriti Sanon belongs to a Punjabi family. Kriti has four family members: her father, mother, and sister.

She has also starred in numerous Television commercials, endorsing top brands such as Close Up, Vivel, Samsung, Himalaya and Amul. In 2010, Kriti Sanon also walked on the ramp for Wills Lifestyle Fashion week in Mumbai (India) as a model.

Kriti Sanon is a highly talented Indian film actress and an experienced model typically known for her work in Telugu and Hindi films. The movie performed well at the Indian box office, and Kriti Sanon’s acting was praised massively by the audience and her fans. Kriti is also a skilled Kathak dancer. She is predominantly known for her best films, such as Heropanti and Nenokkadine (2014).

The film received mixed reviews from critics. A reviewer for The Times of India printed that “She looks pretty” and “acted well”, and another reviewer Sify wrote that “she looks gorgeous” and must consider her performance to be “fine” as a newcomer. She performed in Rohit Shetty’s action-comedy Dilwale with Varun Dhawan, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, breaking several box office records to become one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time. After a year-long absence from the screen, Sanon made her directorial debut in Raabta with Sushant Singh Rajput.

The film was a disaster in both critical and commercial aspects. Sanon appeared in the romantic comedy Bareilly Ki Barfi with better reviews. Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao appeared opposite her in the film.

Kriti Sanon signed two films in 2019, the first Laxman Utekar’s Hindi directorial debut Luka Chuppi, opposite Kartik Aaryan. It was a commercial success, and the second was in Rohit Jugraj’s comedy Arjun Patiala, starring Diljit Dosanjh. It was a box office blockbuster. In Housefull 4, she played the role of the daughter of a businessman opposite Akshay Kumar. It was also a significant success.

Sanon will soon appear with Tiger Shroff in Vikas Bahl’s action film Ganapath and Varun Dhawan in the horror-comedy Bhediya, in Adipurush (2023), opposite Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan.
